Policies
Tuition Policy
Tuition for weekly academic support is due by the first session of the month for the number of sessions planned for that month. Invoices will be sent to parents via email the last week of each month. We accept payment online via invoice as credit/debit, ApplePay, GooglePay, or ACH.
1
Cancellation Policy
Because we have a waiting list for new students, 24-hour notice is required to reschedule a session. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the session and payment for the missed session will be deducted from pre-paid monthly tuition. Emergencies and/or dismissal from school for illness are exceptions at the discretion of the Tutoring Center of New Hampshire.
2
“Banked” Session Policy
If you do not use a session in a given month that has already been paid for, the unused session will be “banked.” Banked sessions are not applied immediately to the next month. They will be applied twice annually in January and May.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Yes. If a student cannot make a scheduled appointment, we always ask if the student can either reschedule for a different day, or join the scheduled tutoring session via Zoom. If a student would prefer to Zoom, the tutor will send a link directly to the student, inviting them to join the online meeting. Please understand that while we try our best to fit every student into our schedule, there are times where we cannot accommodate desired times for everyone. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

In order to secure a spot in our schedule for your student, we ask for a registration fee of $50.00 to be deposited at the beginning of each academic year. This fee is surrendered in the event of a "no-show" or failure to provide 24-hour notice of intent to cancel. If the fee has not been surrendered, it will be applied to the tuition due for the month of June. Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in loss of a session, which will not be rescheduled.
